We understand there was delays due to an accident on the dueler however my friend phoned and spoken to someone and said to phone her back on her phone as my phone had ran out of battery - she then kept phoning and no one answered the phone it just went on to an answering machine. We then at 2am flagged down another taxi and had to pay more money!! By the time we got back to our hotel I turned on my phone and had a voicemail from the taxi driver at 1.18 saying he was not far from T in the park but again we had left a message to say my phone had ran out of battery and we waited until 2am. I would prefer a refund for this as we did not even use the taxi and this ended up waiting 2 and a half hours in the rain!!"

"I was absolutely disgusted with my experience of this company. After waiting twenty minutes I phoned to enquire as to where my 2 taxis were, I was met with confusion and was told they were just setting off and would be ten minutes. I waited twenty more minutes and phoned again. The man I spoke to was unhelpful to the point of rudeness and said it shouldn't take much longer. Twenty minutes later and still nothing! I phoned again and was again put through having to talk to this man who basically told me to be patient and that it wasn't his fault - he made me feel so bad he had me apologising to him! When the first taxi eventually turned up, it was not the seven seater I had ordered, but a five seater with a very rude driver who was very confused about the situation and still demanded paying after I made it clear I had paid in advance by card. When the second car finally arrived - thankfully a seven seater with a much nicer driver - we had been waiting for well over an hour and were absolutely exhausted. Again, he demanded to be paid, and after I had explained the situation to him he was quite apologetic and instead took my details to work everything out. It was the night of my high school leavers dance and I was absolutely gutted to make the teachers, castle staff, the staff, the situationvenue manager and all my best friends wait around for so long and it came close to ruining my night - would never use this service again. To give one star is generous and I will be taking this further."
