I had to make other arrangements and pay for it on the day, so will be claiming this back.
I called them and they said they would not be attending so I had to source alternative arrangements.
Please make sure you make a complaint and get your money back.
I got back later than I wanted as I missed the train as I had to make alternative arrangements to get to the station.
