"Overall very good. Driver was great and helped with luggage. Only criticism I have is that I received a text message after I had booked and paid that I needed to give £5 in cash to the driver as it was an Heathrow drop off. I booked cab late and had no cash so had to go and get some which is annoying. Would be good to have the Heathrow £5 drop off fee built in the price. I did also give a tip directly to the driver. "
