"Our taxi driver to the airport was awful. He was a really bad driver who drover very close to the car in front all the way. Luckily there was heavy traffic on the M23 so we couldn't go very fast, but the car was in poor shape and he had to stop and pump the tyres up once too. His phone rang constantly too.
By contrast, the driver who met us on our return was fantastic - a great driver who knew the route and was jolly and helpful. Such a difference!
So, five stars to the second driver and one to the first. Not sure how to do that on this website, so have given 4, just so that the second driver doesn't get penalised."
