"We were brought to the airport from our house leaving at 5am. We ordered the taxi for 5.15 - so it was in fact early for us! We were not picked up at the terminal building - we were dropped off there. Hence 'No' to greet at terminal question, as it was irrelevant.
The route seemed quick and efficient.
